Hi, my name is Franklin. Because of top first year grades, my clients began their legal careers at leading law firms such as Munger, Mannat, and Sheppard Mullin. I'm also proud of the students that have transferred to law schools such as Georgetown, USC, UCLA, Berkeley and others.
When I graduated UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall I began innovating the path 1L’s take to earn top grades. A pioneer in the industry, I have developed a strategic system that focuses my clients on exam performance at all stages of the 1L semester. My proudest contribution has been my work in creating academic solutions for law school students who struggle to manage learning disabilities such as dyslexia, executive function disorders or ADHD while in law school.

The secret to my clients' success is simple. We learn the law and start taking practice exams before everyone else. My early success led me to begin working privately with first year students who shared my passion for climbing to the top of the class or needed strategies to overcome alternative learning styles. I continue to work with a handful of private clients and you can learn more about those services here.

As a law school consultant for nearly a decade, I have worked with students at law schools across the nation. I have been successful with students because I know the importance of tailoring my strategies to a student’s particular law school and professor. While there are overarching themes and techniques shared among all law school exams, no two professors’ exams are the same. Finally, different from law school lectures, my style of instruction is example driven. 1Ls preparing for exams need to see exactly what they are expected to produce and precisely how to produce it.

I was born in Cincinnati Ohio and moved to the Los Angeles area with my parents and younger brother when I was seven. My father always wanted me to be an attorney and our family has a rich legacy in education. Inevitably, I married the two.

When I was in law school the market had just crashed and opportunities were hard won. Fortunately, I was at a top tier law school with a very relaxed grading policy. For many 1Ls this is far from reality. Upon graduating, I learned how tough it is for students who don’t make it into top tier law schools and I vowed to help those I could. My mission also extends to those students who attend top tier law schools and face tremendous competition to land grades strong enough to earn spots at top law firms, prestigious judicial chambers and coveted public interest opportunities.

My greatest joys are end of semester phone calls from students that have aced classes, were accepted as transfer students to better law schools, negotiated full scholarships after 1L, or landed several Big Law offers during on-campus interviews. Over the years I have had worked with 1Ls in every region of the nation. Among the law schools are Georgetown, USC, Columbia, UCLA, Emory, UC Berkeley, Boston University and several others.

Finally, I welcome you to contact my several references. My previous and existing clients are awesome as well as accomplished. Like you, they had lots of questions about working with me. While I like to think that I answer your questions well, I have come to learn that my students do a far better job of helping you determine whether we’d be a good fit.
